Summary: I seldom write reviews. But this hotel far exceeded my expectations. Spacious, well-appointed room, seemingly brand new & perfectly clean. Helpful, friendly staff. Great complimentary breakfast. Perfect location for downtown theaters and restaurants — both easily walkable. We will definitely use this hotel again the next time we’re in Knoxville.
